Yun Zhan flew steadily on his sword.

There were many disciples under Ling Qingzi, because after taking in Bai Fanlu and Wang Chongyu, he no longer waited a century to accept a new disciple. Yun Zhan belonged to the youngest batch of disciples, and all in this generation had the ‘Yun’ character in their names. Within this group, he was the second youngest in age.

However, he had the glowing aura of the main protagonist. As a natural and rare talent, Yun Zhan quickly became the most outstanding disciple within just a few decades, surpassing Wang Chongyu and even catching up with Bai Fanlu.

At the selection event for the acting Sect Leader, Yun Zhan even beat his Shixiong and broke through the Spiritual Spring Formation. He also successfully transformed Bi Luo into a god-level weapon, increasing his power tremendously. From then on, he became the foremost disciple of the Sect.

This was the plot development in the original story. Yet, according to the current situation, Yun Zhan failed to break through the formation, and his spiritual power should now be on par with Bai Fanlu.

Unfortunately, things are so unpredictable, and Bai Fanlu never thought that he would become a victim of so many injuries right after he transmigrated. At present, he was forced to lean against Yun Zhan’s chest, with no one to help him out of this situation.

He was surrounded by white clouds and moving against the wind. Bai Fanlu felt colder by the minute. It was as if heat was literally escaping out of his body like air and he shivered involuntarily.

There was a reaction to his movements. Bai Fanlu suddenly felt the hands which were holding him tighten slightly, and a stream of warmth was channelled from the palms which were in contact with his skin.

Bai Fanlu looked up in confusion.

Like experiencing turbulence on a plane, there was a rough patch suddenly. Bai Fanlu heard the man's voice from above his head, "Hold on to me tightly."

"..."

Bai Fanlu was determined not to have any physical contact with Yun Zhan. However, what came next was another violent bump, and this ‘someone’ who almost fell from the sky, gritted his teeth and silently clung onto the piece of blue fabric in front of him.

In order to find his balance, Bai Fanlu reluctantly pressed his face harder against the front of the other party's shoulder, and felt strong pectoral muscles and biceps. In his heart, a series of %@#×* emerged.

Wasn’t he supposed to be very steady at flying? What kind of plane ride is this?!

With that, Bai Fanlu rode the ‘plane’ all the way back to the Immortal Sect. From a distance, the characters ‘Tian Shu’ could be spotted on the realm boundary marker. Bai Fanlu, who was now airsick and nearly vomited, saw this as his life-saving tarmac. He raised his head in great anticipation for a landing and did not dare to move.

"Here we are." The landing was light and steady. "Shixiong, are you okay?"

"...I'll walk on my own." Bai Fanlu's voice trembled because he already noticed that there were two disciples on duty by the boundary marker.

He really didn't want to be seen in a princess hug, but that was not his decision to make. Right now, not only could he not move his feet, even his body was immobilised.

"Why can't I move?" It can't be that Yun Zhan—

"Nie Yu’s only strength lies in its digestive fluid, it is exceptionally powerful."

Bai Fanlu believed that he was decent, but being carried like this was too much, alright!

"Why doesn’t Shidi... fly straight in?" It is such a short distance, why did you have to stop at the main gate?

"Didn’t Shixiong not like flying on the sword?"

"..." It was too late, Bai Fanlu was getting closer and closer to the two disciples.

Suddenly, he felt a light breeze on his body and a white cloak was draped over his shoulders. Then, a knot tied itself in front of his chest, and covered his body tightly.

Bai Fanlu was stunned for a moment, then quickly realised that he had understood Yun Zhan's meaning. He too did not want to be seen.

Great!

Bai Fanlu was so happy and waited for the light white hood to cover his face, but blinked in confusion as it fell only part-way over his head—like a wedding veil, before there was no more fabric to cover him.

“??”

Now with only his face exposed, he made a grim expression. Since the intention was to avoid suspicion, shouldn’t he have prepared a plaited bamboo hat to hide their faces?

If they continued on, wouldn’t everyone see the two of them coming back together in each other’s arms?

As it turned out, they were seen by everyone.

Bai Fanlu raised his hand to try to pull the cloak over his face, but to no avail, as wind was generated from beneath Yun Zhan's feet.

At this time of the day, the training ground was full of disciples, and there were even cultivators patrolling everywhere, so Yun Zhan openly walked up the mountain using the main gate without avoiding the people's attention.

And he really ‘walked’, briskly, not missing a single step.

On the way up, there were hundreds of disciples who saw them.

"Sect Leader Shidi."

"Shixiong."

Almost everyone who saw them had to greet them, and the corners of Bai Fanlu's mouth were slightly cramped up.

There were even those female disciples whose mortal hearts had not yet dispelled, whispering behind them in what they thought were quiet whispers.

"Sect Leader Shidi is really considerate to First Shixiong!"

"Yes, I told you they must be cultivation partners already."

"Then why did Sect Leader Shidi hurt First Shixiong?"

"You don't understand, it's a display of passion between the strong..."

"..." Bai Fanlu hated his overly keen sense of hearing.

In this world, cultivation couples could be of the same sex, so not only was such a relationship highly acceptable in society, there was also quite a lot of room for imagination, and gossip spread as fast as a flock of white herons flying across the sky.

"...Shidi, you have passed by, my room is over there."

Bai Fanlu had been suffering and enduring all this time and the disciples' living quarters were finally in sight, but Yun Zhan walked right through as if he did not notice it.

"Heading to the Spiritual Spring to heal your wounds." He explained with a few words.

Another round in the spring?

Bai Fanlu was really scared, but he couldn't move his feet now, and if he got down, he would have to fall straight onto the ground.

"I...am actually feeling okay." He remembered his last traumatic experience at the spring.

"If you can still say that after removing the cloak, I'll send you back."

What did he mean?

Bai Fanlu quickly understood.

Just as they reached the Spiritual Spring, Yun Zhan went back on his promise. Bai Fanlu only felt a chill on his body, after the cloak was mercilessly retracted. He looked down at his own body, unable to regain his senses for a long time.

Is this even considered clothing?

He was basically wearing nothing at all!

No, it was worse than wearing nothing!

Not only was the fabric completely corroded, all that was left behind were miserable strips of clothing that hung on his body as if he had been violently whipped...even leaving red marks all over his fair skin…

And the corrosion was still in progress, seeing as how the strips of rags were trembling and about to break off.

"You'd better look away." Bai Fanlu forced himself to grit his teeth calmly.

Yun Zhan replied, "I'm not looking."

He was really looking straight ahead all this while and now he was holding on to Bai Fanlu in his arms, he would not be able to see anything as long as he did not lower his head.

In the two erotic scenes depicted in the novel, the first was a ball-grippingly intense accident under extreme circumstances that toed the borderline of legality. Whereas the other was borne of the whisperings of the devil on his shoulder, fabricated spring dreams of thrusting knives and rubbing gunsSex. He means sex.. It was fortunate that Yun Zhan didn’t seem to harbour any intentions towards him, or Bai Fanlu would genuinely worry that his chastity would be stolen in the night.

"Put me in the water." He commanded, like a Shixiong giving orders to his Shidi.

Yun Zhan didn't say anything, nor did he use his magic, but walked calmly to the edge of the spring and slowly lowered Bai Fanlu at a spot where there were large rocks to lean on.

Although Bai Fanlu could not move his feet, he could still move his hands. When Yun Zhan bent down, he took the initiative to jump down and as soon as his feet hit the bottom of the spring, he grabbed the surface of the rocks with both hands and stubbornly moved to the back.

At this angle, Yun Zhan was no longer visible, so Bai Fanlu could finally breathe a sigh of relief and sit down slowly.

The water level was acceptable and he continued to sit down completely until the spring water was just below his collarbone.

Bai Fanlu remembered that this was the same spot on the rock where Yunzhan had leaned the last time, but the water only just reached his shoulders. How could there be such a difference in height between them?

Bai Fanlu realised that he was focusing on the wrong thing.

"Shidi, I'll rest here for a while, you can go back now."

No one answered him. Bai Fanlu poked his head out and looked around. Had he already left?

That could be it. Yun Zhan was so fed up with the book’s Bai Fanlu, but kept on pretending to care for his Shixiong to maintain his decent image. In reality, when there were no bystanders, he was so disgusted with him that he would keep a distance as much as possible.

That must be what Yun Zhan was thinking!

Bai Fanlu relaxed a little and ran both hands through the water. As he did so, the burns on his body cooled off and felt more comfortable. A numbing sensation also began to come through from his toes, which was very pleasant.

The clothes on his body were completely destroyed and he had to wait for his spiritual power to return before he could create new ones. As he soaked in the water, the rag-like fabric, which did nothing to cover him, floated on the water’s surface. Bai Fanlu ripped them off out of irritation and tossed them onto the bank.

Having been reckless on this trip, he successfully added new wounds to old ones. Bai Fanlu decided to take a longer time in the Spiritual Spring to improve his recovery.

He closed his eyes, his arms and legs moved with the gentle waves. Very soon, he was overcome with fatigue and drowsily fell asleep.

The Spiritual Spring was purifying the demonic energy out of Bai Fanlu’s wounds, as it did, a layer of mist appeared above the surface of the water.

Bai Fanlu tilted his head to rest on his right arm, his eyes half-closed and did not seem to be able to find a comfortable sleeping position. His eyelashes cast a quivering shadow on his fair cheeks, where beads of water shimmering as they gently slid down.

His long hair, which was soaked, rested behind him, spreading out into the depths of the water.

At the edge of the pool, Yun Zhan slowly emerged and looked at Bai Fanlu, who was lying on his back not far away. His eyes wandered and finally landed on his smooth skin and the ink-black birthmark near his heart.

The birthmark was not fully visible, but was half covered by his hair, the strands of which drifted along with the fine ripples, undulating like ink-black satin. The young man appeared indistinctly in this enchanting scenery, with hazy mist forming like layers of silk.

Yun Zhan couldn't help but take a step closer, but the person in the water suddenly opened his eyes.

The next moment, there was a flash of light in the cave, and a sheet of white came down from the sky, covering Yun Zhan from top to toe. Yun Zhan frantically moved away, reached for it and looked down to see that it was a cloak.

The favour was being returned.

"Shidi, why did you come back? Is there something else?"

Yun Zhan raised his head and Bai Fanlu was already dressed in white, standing across the other side of the Spring, his posture incomparably relaxed as he smiled at him calmly.

But these were mere appearances, and Bai Fanlu was now swearing in his heart, "Yun Zhan you are despicable, trying to quiety peep!

He almost gave him a slap.

Yun Zhan didn't seem to care about the fury in Bai Fan Lu's eyes, he just waved and the white cloak turned into a wisp of immortal Qi in his palm, before he took a big stride towards him.

Bai Fanlu immediately took a step back in a guarded stance, but his expression was still contained. After all, he had to maintain the image of the book’s Bai Fanlu, and could not express his true feelings.

If it were the book’s Bai Fanlu, he would have been more bashful rather than annoyed, but his reaction was still too different and he hoped that Yun Zhan, this scheming dog with malicious intentions towards him, could not see the tell-tale signs.

Yun Zhan ignored Bai Fanlu's reactions and continued to walk forward until he reached the bank, then he bent down and sat where Bai Fanlu had just been. He closed his eyes and adjusted his breath.

The Spiritual Spring’s water seeped into his inner garment, and the two streaks of injuries from the concealed weapon became visible. The wounds seemed to have grown into two faint but thick shadowy marks.

Was Yun Zhan here just to heal his wounds?

Bai Fanlu froze. He had forgotten that Yun Zhan had been injured twice, one was an internal injury, from his failed attempt to break through the formation. The other was the external injuries from the demon's weapons. Both injuries were not light.

After the earlier ordeal, Yun Zhan with these injuries, rushed to his aid and even flew them both back on his sword.

Bai Fanlu frowned. He had forgotten that Yun Zhan wasn't interested in him at all.

If he wasn’t, then could he have misunderstood Yun Zhan in this matter?

"Shixiong hasn't recovered from your injuries too, join me." Yun Zhan closed his eyes and said softly.

Bai Fanlu looked down at his blackened feet. Although he could move, and his spiritual power had been restored to a certain extent, his feet still looked frightful.

A smart person should always know what is advantageous to oneself. Bai Fanlu accepted his good advice and also slipped into the Spiritual Spring not far from Yun Zhan.

"Shixiong, come over here. This spot is better for healing."

Bai Fanlu did not know the details but he recalled a description of the Spiritual Spring. In the book, Yun Zhan once returned with a serious injury, the book’s Bai Fanlu aided him in the healing process, saying that the two together would have a synergistic effect. How exactly that would happen was not written, because once they both entered the spring, they had engaged in indecent acts.

When he thought of this chapter, he couldn’t help but remembered the infamous underwater kissing scene.

The author's writing was so graphic that it made Bai Fanlu's face burn just by thinking about it.

With a cough, Bai Fanlu maintained his calm expression and moved along the bank towards Yun Zhan. He did not dare to ask how it would be better for healing, for fear of revealing the fact that he did not know anything.

He finally moved slowly to Yun Zhan's side, while still keeping a safe distance.

Bai Fanlu was just about to sit down when Yun Zhan turned and looked over at him, which made him stop for a moment. His white clothes were already soaked, and were now uncomfortably clinging onto his legs.

Yun Zhan withdrew his gaze, turned back and closed his eyes again.

Bai Fanlu felt uneasy and just as he sat down, there was a splashing sound beside him, as if Yun Zhan had suddenly risen.

Bai Fanlu said, "Shidi...?" The next second, his body was forcefully pressed against the edge of the spring.

Both his hands were held tightly and his legs were restrained.

Alarm bells went off in Bai Fanlu's head, and he stared at the other man in anger.

He was so flustered that he failed to catch a certain flicker in Yun Zhan's eyes.

"Shixiong...are you avoiding me?"
